George's Birthday Dinner April 22
George requested homemade chicken pot pie.
Most of the ingredients were growing in the back yard.
Pot pie filling.
Strawberries and sun-lit Riesling.
Fresh from the oven.
The birthday boy with his birthday basket of goodies. We also had death-by-chocolate cake, but the pictures look like all the other death-by-chocolate cakes I've photographed, so I'm not including one. Trust me--it was beautiful. And delicious. :)
