El Diablo Latte Art

El Diablo is a great coffee shop on Queen Anne in Seattle. Some of the best coffee I've ever tasted, and the baristas are artists. We ordered Cafe con Leche, Cuban style with caramelized sugar. Mmmmm.

Grace sipped hers carefully to preserve the butterfly. He was still fluttering on the surface when the cup was almost empty.

Friend and amazing author, Lisa Samson, issued a challenge for women to post a picture of themselves without make up. So, here I am, in the year of my jubilee, still looking about ten years old, only with wrinkles and age spots. And reading glasses. Shouldn't someone notify Hollywood about what they're missing?

Stroll Around Green Lake

I took all these shots while walking the three mile path around Green Lake in Seattle. Grace lives a couple of blocks from the lake, so I spent quite a bit of time soaking up the beauty of the area during my visit last week.
